I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Genesis G80 from Zimbrick Hyundai dealership, and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional service I received, especially given that this was an out of state purchase. From the very beginning, my salesperson, Kevin Havey, and his manager Cody, made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process.
The first time I contacted the dealership, I spoke with Kevin who listened carefully to my needs and preferences. He answered all my questions about the Genesis G80, provided detailed information about the car, and even went above and beyond to send me additional photos and videos of the vehicle since I was not able to visit the dealership in person. He made sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and he was always available to answer any additional questions I had.
Once I decided to purchase the car, Conrad from finance team helped me navigate the out of state purchase process seamlessly. He provided me with all the necessary paperwork, walked me through the financing process. Cody ensured that the car was shipped to my home in a timely and efficient manner.
When there was a delay, Kevin went above and beyond by providing me with updates on the shipping process and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the entire transaction.
Overall, I cannot recommend Zimbrick Hyundai dealership, Kevin and Cody enough. Great experience and fair price purchasing the vehicle. The service department is the best I dealt with in a long time. Human beings answer the phone. Everyone I have dealt with is cheerful, competent and professional. This is the first time I can say I will go back to a specific dealership (Zimbrick) for my next car.
Mark Cambier on the sales team is super amazing and wonderfully accommodating. He made sure we had a chance to test drive all of the vehicles we were looking at. Even to the point of sending a team to locate an SUV that was moved after a heavy snow fall. He was great! Definitely seek him out for your next purchase.
After waiting three weeks just for a service appointment, I finally got my car back after it was "fixed". I unknowingly drove to the grocery store the next day and my car broke down on the freeway. Zimbrick tried to make me pay to have it towed in to the dealership again, even though it was their negligence that caused my car to fail. I later came to find out that they put the incorrect part in my car! Completely unacceptable!
I had to stop in because my tire pressure was showing low and I was 5 hours away from home, so I knew Hyundai dealership will fill your tires, so I looked for one and stopped in. I apologize to the gentleman in the office who helped me - I should have asked for your name. But he was wonderful, he came over, when I explained why I was there, he pointed to the service area. I drove in and he personally filled my tires instead of asking one of the other guys to take care of me ( they were all working on cars) and instead, took the hose, filled the tires, told me what I should do in the winter months and not to forget when spring came along to then lower the pressure. He also saw that I had no cap for one of the tires, went to get one to replace and gave me extras - just in case. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I wasn't sure if I would have had a problem but this Hyundai dealership proved that once again, they do take care of the owners of Hyundai. Honestly, I have never had bad service at one, but thank you Zimbrick Hyundai West!!!
Purchased a new Hyundai from them. They worked with me on the price and trade-in and located the specific color and trim we wanted. Closing experience was not good. Mis communication on a few items between the salesperson and the business manager. For being a high volume dealership you think they would have had their act together better.

We purchased our Daughter a car at this dealership and always had our service done there. The Car started to have a vibration. I made an Appointment to have it serviced on April 6th for an oil change and expected they would investigate the problem. They said I would need to make another appointment and it was another 30 days before I could get in. So I took it to a local tire shop to have the tires balanced on April 8th. It improved the vibration some, but it was not gone. I then took the car back to Zimbrick Hyundai West twice June and July. The June Appt. specifically was for the vibration and July for an oil change. Two weeks ago the car was making large clunking on the front tire. Turns out she lost 2 lug nuts and one of them was the locking lug nut that can only be taken off by the lug Key. NO ONE ELSE SERVCIED THIS CAR! Roger Ingalls the Service Manager said it was nothing he could track back to what they did. When they say they do a Multi Point inspection during service and Oil Changes, I can't help but wonder what they do? You would think that when someone brings a car in for Specific Service in June for a Vibration, they would at least take the tires off and look at the linkages? All I was asking for was an instore Credit for the Tow Truck Service of $286.91. They did give us 2 Fee Lug Nuts, but did not give us the Locking Lug nut that was Lost. The safety of my Daughter was compromised and this could have been so much worse. Zimbrick Hyundai West has Lost a customer and worse yet, I will share my store with everyone. The Service Department called me to let me know my Car was all done and ready for Pick up at any time. I picked up the car the night before. Maybe their record keeping needs to improve so they could track they took off the front tires maybe? Beyond Disappointed in this dealership. NEVER GOING BACK
